📦 SHIPPING POLICY — RUMAH

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION

All RUMAH garments are made exclusively to order, after payment confirmation.
 We do not produce in excess — every piece is crafted with care, precision, and respect for time and resources.

  • Production time: approximately 2–3 weeks from the date of your order.

  • Shipping time: once your piece is ready, it will be shipped with a tracked international courier service.

  • Tracking: a tracking code will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched. Please note it may take up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

SHIPPING ZONES & RATES

  • Indonesia: local shipping, calculated at checkout.

  • Rest of the world: flat rate of €15, regardless of destination.

All international orders are shipped via reliable express couriers (such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS) with full tracking.


DUTIES & TAXES

Customs duties, import taxes, and other charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
 These fees are determined by your country’s customs office and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
 RUMAH does not cover or refund these charges under any circumstance.


LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

All RUMAH shipments are insured during transit until confirmed as delivered by the courier.

  • Once a parcel is marked as delivered, RUMAH is no longer responsible for loss or theft.

  • If your parcel appears delayed or lost before delivery, please contact us immediately at [insert your email].
     We will open an investigation with the courier and assist you throughout the process.

  • A replacement or refund will be issued only after the courier officially confirms the loss or after the claim process is complete (typically 10–20 business days).

  • For high-value orders, you may request signature upon delivery or additional insurance coverage at your expense.


IMPORTANT NOTES

  • During busy periods or holidays, production and shipping times may vary slightly.

  • Orders placed with discount codes or during sale periods may require additional processing time.

  • As all RUMAH pieces are made-to-order, returns and exchanges are not accepted, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
