General Policy

Each RUMAH garment is handmade to order with care and intention.
 Because every piece is produced individually for each client, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been placed, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or incorrect item.

We believe in mindful production and creating only what is truly needed — thank you for understanding and supporting our slow fashion philosophy.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at ciaorumah@gmail.com

Include your order number, a brief description, and photos showing the issue.

Once we confirm the defect or error, we will provide further instructions — we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the case.
 Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Conditions (if applicable)

  • We cannot accept returns for items damaged due to improper care or handling.

  • Shipping costs and customs duties are non-refundable.

  • If your parcel is returned due to refused customs fees, it will be treated as abandoned and no refund will be issued.

Please note that RUMAH operates exclusively on a pre-order, made-to-order model.
This means your piece is created only after you place your order — with no overproduction and minimal waste.
