ORDERS
1. Can I cancel my order after I placed it?
Since every RUMAH piece is made to order and handcrafted exclusively for you, we’re unable to accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed.
Our production starts immediately after payment, and each garment is made individually with care and precision.
2. Can I change an item in my order after I’ve placed it?
Because we produce only what is ordered, we cannot modify or replace items once an order has been processed.
If you wish to purchase another product, please place a new order separately.
3. I’ve received a faulty item in my order. What should I do?
We take the quality of our garments very seriously.

1. I’m a new customer. Can I get a discount on my first order?
Yes — as a thank you for joining our community, new newsletter subscribers receive 10% off their first order.
After subscribing and confirming your email address, you’ll receive a personal discount code to use at checkout.

2. My discount code doesn’t work. What should I do?

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
1. Can I exchange an item?
All RUMAH garments are made to order, which means we produce each piece especially for you.
For this reason, we cannot accept exchanges or returns unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We believe in conscious production and avoiding overstock or waste — thank you for supporting this approach.
PAYMENTS
1. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and other trusted gateways available at checkout.
All transactions are processed safely through certified providers, and no credit card information is stored on our servers.
2. I forgot to add a billing address to my order. What can I do?
If your order has not yet been processed, please contact us as soon as possible at ciaorumah@gmail.com
SHIPPING & PRODUCTION
1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Each RUMAH garment is handmade to order in Bali, Indonesia.
Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production, followed by 2–4 weeks for international shipping, depending on your location.
We’ll send you tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
2. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide from our atelier in Bali.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your destination.
3. Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
Orders shipped outside Indonesia may be subject to import duties and local taxes, depending on the destination country.
These costs are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the buyer.
